Merchandise Returns

Your satisfaction is the utmost importance, and we will gladly accept any returns 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise for a full refund minus our shipping cost to you assuming all return guidelines are properly adhered to.
Return authorization numbers are issued by our Customer Service department and a Return Authorization form will be e-mailed to you that must be read and replied to. Refunds will be issued when the machines have passed inspection at our location. Machines will not be accepted without a return authorization number. If merchandise is returned without an authorization number, you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Shipping Damage


Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please email us to report the damage and DO NOT use the machine. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...), as the shipper will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper directly.
All other warranty issues on the machine are covered by manufacturer warranty and require that you ship back the machine to our service center and out technicians will repair or replace any parts necessary.

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
ON ESPRESSO CAP MACHINE

This appliance is warranted to the original consumer purchaser by manufacturer for one(1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized retail location against defects and workmanship and materials. A purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. During this warranty period, a defective part of product will be replaced with either a new or reconditioned part or product, depending on availability at the time of replacement. To validate this product’s One year warranty, you must provide us with proof of the purchase date. Such proof can be made only by presenting the original receipt and if a proof-of-purchase is not provided, the warranty is void. It is not the responsibility of manufacturer to provide or obtain the proof-of-purchase date. The warranty covers normal consumer usage and is available to only residents in Canada. The warranty does not include damage that occurs from neglect, misuse, faulty installation or maintenance by non-authorized personnel, mishandling, damage during shipment, line power surge, or any other circumstance not due to manufacturing defects of the machine. The warranty does not cover improper use of the machine or its use in commercial applications. Maneli Incorporated will not be responsible for any damage which may be caused, directly or indirectly, to persons, things, or domestic animals due to failure to observe all safety measures indicated in the instruction booklet. If the appliance is repaired insurance against shipping damage is the responsibility of the user if sent directly and any shipping cost incurred will also be paid by the user.
