One Rinsing Kit includes a Decalcifier Packet of 25 grams and an all important Orange Empty Capsule required for first use and subsequent washing.  It should be used periodically for separate cleaning or flushing cycles and helps in cleaning out vital parts in the drawer and chamber.
Features
  • As part of normal preventive maintenance, espresso makers should be descaled or decalcified approximately every 2-3 months or every 500 to 600 coffees (approximately every 4 to 5 master cases), depending on the volume of use and hardness of your local water supply.
  • For a good operation of your espresso machine it needs regular descaling.to keep the boiler, valves, springs and pressure pumps free of calcium or mineral deposits which tend to build after boiling or steaming volumes of water. 
  • This kit allows for the mimicking of capsule extraction and therefore cleans out all the parts in the front of the system including the diffuser and capsule chamber within the drawer mechanism. When performed properly and as necessary, descaling should help avoid any major service requirements for service and other related expenses and is considered to be a regular maintenance in keeping your machine
  • functioning at its optimum level.
    This Orange disc is include in the purchase of any new machines from us, but if you lost your old one or have a very old machine and it did not include the disc it should be a necessity in allowing the proper function and prolonging the longevity to your machine. 
  • Store the orange capsule near your machine and rinse it often, especially when you have not been using the machine for a while and always remember not to leave old coffee/tea capsules in the chamber as they can dry out and can cause blockages in the drawer chamber. A little care and a small investment in time and maintenance can have you enjoying and maximizing your ESPRESSOcap experience.
